End-to-end EMR and practice management system for a premium dental and aesthetics clinic — patients, doctors, invoicing, cash flow, and a public booking site at everestdental.pk.
Business Problem
Everest Dental ran clinical and financial operations across fragmented tools — patient records, doctor schedules, invoicing, and cash flow lived in separate workflows. They also needed a premium public presence so patients in Islamabad and Rawalpindi could discover services and book without friction.
Solution
Built a full electronic medical records (EMR) and clinic operations platform covering patient management, doctor workflows, invoicing, and cash flow tracking, paired with a conversion-focused Next.js public site (services, team, gallery, WhatsApp-led booking). One system for running the practice day to day; the marketing site feeds patients into that operational backbone.
